Job Summary :
We are looking for a BPM Developer with hands-on experience in BPM or workflow systems to design, develop, and enhance internal business processes. This role requires the ability to work independently and proactively collaborate with internal users (e.g., Finance, Business, Operations) to translate real-world business workflows into maintainable and scalable BPM solutions. The workflow platform currently used in the company is K2 Five.

Key Responsibilities :
• Design and implement BPM workflows, including process modeling and logic configuration
• Develop and maintain workflow forms, including required front-end logic
• Plan and implement system integrations with internal and external systems
• Proactively engage with internal users to clarify requirements and propose workflow solutions
• Participate in process optimization and system enhancement initiatives
• Maintain process and technical documentation

•開發與維護流程相關表單（Form），並處理必要的前端互動邏輯
•規劃與實作系統整合（Integration），與內部或外部系統進行資料串接
•主動與內部 user 討論需求，協助釐清流程邏輯與系統實作方式
•參與流程優化與既有系統改善，提升流程穩定性與可維護性
•撰寫與維護流程與技術相關文件

工作時間：8:30-17:30

Required Qualifications :
• 3+ years of work experience
• Hands-on experience with BPM / workflow platforms or enterprise process systems
• Ability to independently handle process requirements, design, and delivery
• Solid understanding of process design, form development, and system integration
• Working knowledge or experience with C# / .NET Framework, JSON, JavaScript, and webapplication fundamentals (API, HTTP, front-end/back-end interaction)
• Basic experience with relational databases, including understanding data structures and writing basic queries (e.g., SELECT, JOIN)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset when working with users
• Intermediate English proficiency for technical documentation and basic communication

•熟悉流程設計、表單開發與系統整合的基本概念

•具備關聯式資料庫基本經驗，能理解資料結構，並撰寫基本查詢（如 SELECT、JOIN）以支援流程或系統整合需求
•具備良好溝通能力，能主動與 user 討論需求與解決方案
•英文能力中等，能閱讀技術文件，並進行基本英文溝通
Nice to Have :
• Experience with K2 (K2 Five / K2 Cloud) or other BPM / workflow platforms
• Experience in enterprise process implementation, optimization, or migration
• Experience migrating legacy workflow systems (e.g., IBM Notes / Lotus Notes) to modern BPM platforms
• Experience with finance-related or approval-based workflows
• Background in system integration or API-related work
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools while ensuring solution quality
