1. Delivery control: S/O management, Shipment schedule management.
2. Capacity planning: Production lines, fixtures, IE standard daily capacity data, manpower arrangement.
3. Inventory control: Stock level, Stock turnover, Aging inventory control.
4. Planning: use 5M matrix to reach Sales request.
5. Controlling: to have control and adjustment of schedule.
6. Coordinating: to bridge cross-function communication for tasks.
7. Handling tasks from top managements.
8. Handling projects from CSR.
