職務內容

1. Desktop, Notebook,…etc. Electronic Products NPI and Sustaining Program Planning & Execution.
2. Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development, implementation process for a product or service providing, and ensures alignment with customer strategies.
3. Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned programs.
4. Planning and execution of product sustaining programs, to identify and highlight technical or quality risks and mitigation strategies in partnership with customers.
5. Cross-functional communication for developments and updates at all aspects on new projects/products at executive level.
6. Coordinates cross-functional teams, including Engineering, IT, Operations, in Engineering & Quality activities and Production KPI driving.
7. Drives innovations and integrations of exist, new technologies, and quality initiatives into projects and mass production.
8. Relevant working experience is preferred.
