Role Description:
PearlStudio is seeking a Marketing and Public Relations Intern to join our team in Taipei. This on-site role supports our clients and internal projects through a wide range of marketing and PR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies aligned with brand and client goals
Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional content
Conduct market research to inform campaigns and identify new opportunities
Support public relations efforts including media outreach, event coordination, and relationship building
Deliver professional customer service
Design visual content such as social media graphics, presentation decks, and marketing materials
Support the development and execution of digital campaigns (social media, email, web)

工作時間：4 hrs/mon-fri 10:00-15:00 午休1小時
休假制度：週休二日
工作待遇：NTD 200-250/hr

Additional Responsibilities:
Carry out tasks and assignments delegated by direct supervisor or senior management
Adapt to ad hoc needs and project demands as directed by leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams under the guidance of supervisors to meet deadlines and campaign goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
Ability to work independently while also responding effectively to supervision
Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese is a plus
